The shipping of orders within the metropolitan area of Thessaloniki is carried out free of charge by us and is delivered in front of the residential address in the billing/shipping details of the order.

Thessaloniki's metropolitan area consists of all the municipalities of (1) Thessaloniki, (2) Kordelio-Evosmos, (3) Pavlos Melas, (4) Kalamaria, (5) Neapoli-Sykies and (6) Ampelokipoi-Menemeni, and partially from the municipality of Pylaia-Hortiatis.

It is noted that in the event that the customer wishes for the product(s) to be transported inside their residence, then they are charged for the process depending on the weight of the product(s) and the floor on which they reside.

The cost of shipping orders for the rest of Greece and Cyprus is determined after consultation with the customer and depending on the chosen distribution network.
